Pokemon: Head to Lake Verity

Route 201 was a fairly straight forward Route. It ran in a straight line. Now, it wasn't completely boring. The wide, mostly treeless way was covered in tuffs of tall grass, crawling with Starly and Bidoof. It was about a days walk from Twinleaf Town to Sandgem Town. However, Lake Verity was about and hours walk in the other direction. We had talked about going straight to Sandgem, but now I kind of wanted to take a detour to have one last look at our Lake.
"So Jasmine, are we going to go directly to Sandgem, or should we go to Lake Verity first?"
"It's up to you. I kind of wanted to go directly to Sandgem, but I suppose a quick picnic by the Lake shore wouldn't hurt. I assume you didn't have a real breakfast?"
"Of course not! I was to excited!"
"Well let's go to Lake Verity. We can have a real breakfast there."
We turned west and started our leisurely stroke to the lake side.
