Get up and push Sparrow onto the bell rope.

Turner grabs onto the bell rope just as you push Sparrow onto it. Sparrow falls to the bottom of the mill while Turner goes to the top. He grabs the key from you on the way up, as well as disarming Jack Sparrow as he passed him.

Do you:

• Go and finish off unarmed Jack.
• Chase after Turner to get the key.
• Go and get Jack's sword.
