You try to use some leaves as bandages, but that doesn't work. Eventually decide to cut up one of the spare bags with the knife. Your school taught basic first aid, and even though you've forgotten most of it you can cut up and tie a bandage. The supplies easily fit in the remaining two bags, and your cuts are not bothering you anymore.
You have to decide where to go from here. You need to keep up your strength, so having a meal might be a good idea. Then again, everyone you meet will try to kill you, so if would be safer to keep moving, if only to avoid other people. Also, any weapon you can find could be useful, so you might try to find the gun you threw away at first.
