Choose Your Own Adventure is a wiki that contains stories where the reader assumes the role of the main character. In each page you choose how the story should progress. If you don't see an option that you would like to pursue, click the edit tab on the top of the page and add a new path to the page. Then you get to write in your own adventure for the character.

Please note that this site is specifically for Choose Your Own Adventure stories. If you choose to post stories that have no choices, your story will be deleted as such stories are not appropriate for this site.

If you have an idea for a story, you might like to try [[Idea Pitches|pitching your idea to other users]] and seeing how interested people might be in playing your story, what you could do to make playing your story fun, and who might be interested in collaborating with you to write it. If the name has not already been taken, click this exact title to start the story. There are three general types of story. The first is the branching-plot story (an example of this is the Choose Your Own Adventure series of gamebooks), which require the reader to make choices but are otherwise like a regular novel. The second type is the role-playing game adventure, which combines the branching-plot novel with simple role-playing rules such as attack points and monster battles. The third type is the trivia quiz, where the player must answer questions as if they were on a game show.

You head to the lobby area outside the gymnasium. Sports posters plaster the walls. In the corner, a large brown-haired boy tosses a football absentmindedly. He catches a glimpse of you out the corner of his eye.

"Whoa! A new girl at school!" he exclaims.

"Yep. I'm Nancy," you say to him.

"Do you realize what destiny has brought you today?" he replies. "Yours truly, Hector 'Hulk' Sanchez."

You cock an eyebrow skeptically, but 'Hulk' doesn't seem to notice as he continues to brag.

"I play for the Manatees, one of the best teams in the state. Been quarterback all four years," he boasts. "It gets pretty tough, but then I'm pretty tough. Listen sweetheart, to survive in this world you gotta be aggressive. Like the guy who killed Jake." Hulk continues to toss his football from hand to hand, nonchalantly.

"That's a pretty harsh way to talk about someone who was murdered," you say with widened eyes.

Hulk shrugs in response.
