You step into the examination room, your footsteps echoing off the room's polished surfaces. There is a young, dark-haired girl here. She is naked, strapped down to the examination table with broad, leather straps. She looks over as you enter as much as her restraints allow, which isn't much. One strap holds her head firmly in place, a second encircles her chest just below her perfectly-formed tits. A third strap is pulled tight over her hips, and a few more straps secure her legs in the table's stirrups, and secure her arms at her sides. The table is tilted so she is sitting up slightly, and the stirrups are spread to a generous angle.

A bit gag has been firmly wedged into her mouth, so her only greeting for you is a groan.
