You wake up to the sound of an alarm. You just had this amazing dream about taming all the different types and species of Pokémon in the world. You were riding on the back of Arceus, until you woke up. You slam the Pokéball alarm's snooze button.
"Stupid alarm." You mutter to yourself. Then you remember. Today was the day that you were going to get your first Pokémon! You took a brief shower and changed into fresher clothes. You sling you backpack over your shoulder and you decide on taking a shortcut or not.
