You sit on the bed next to him. Thigh to thigh his burly fur feels nice against your bare leg.
"Is she going to be real pissed at you later?" you ask.
"You don't know the half of it" he sighs.
"I used to be a real alpha, head of my pack at home, well except for my dad." he said.
You sigh, why do you pick the guys with the stories.
"Her family is from the old country, real Black Forest wolves" he continues, "Her pack moved to Baltimore to set up the U.S. branch of the family business, import export stuff, you know"
You try to look interested.
"Well, I had never met anyone like her, it was great for a while, but she was sooo alpha that she started challenging her mom for control of the pack business. Her mom sent her out here to take over the West Coast operations, to get her out of their hair. Out here without the pack to worry about she does what ever she wants. Now she just bosses everyone around, she's unmerciful, relentless, she always gets her way."
You pat his arm. "Why don't you leave her" you ask.
He straightens up and replies archly "Wolves mate for life"
