Your assitant brings a young Mexican woman into your office, a beautiful 5'2" twenty year old woman with exotic facial features, big breasts, and a curvacious muscular ass. Really a stripper's body if you are honest. She is introduced as Salma Hayek, an actress in Mexican soap operas looking to break into Hollywood movies.

You excuse your assistant, who locks the door on her way out as is standard in all of your meetings. You then offer Salma seat on a sofa in your large office, sitting across from her in another comfortable chair. No need to push this, let's see how much she wants to make it in Hollywood you think to yourself.

She hands you her portfolio. It contains some soap opera work, and some modeling and head shots. "How current are the pictures Salma?" You ask her, they do not seem to be very new. You note that soap opera experience in a foreign nation isn't much use in marketing an actress in the USA.

"They are a couple of years old sir," The young woman responds to you in a thick but very sexy accent. "They are very costly, it is all I can do to get into Hollywood, thereis no more money for more until I can get some work I am afraid."

"We can get past that, is it ms or mrs. Salma?" You ask her.

"Please call me Salma, but I am unmarried."

"Very well ms. Hayek, Salma, pardon me." You respond, dropping her portfolio on the table between you.

• Welcome her to Hollywood, give her the "this life is tough" speech.
• Be kind, begin with advice on dealing with rejection.
• Be very direct, without sex appeal she would never have been on TV.
