As the mountain lion wraps it jaws around your shoulder you know that you have become its next meal. The weight of it body crushes you to the ground where it quickly moves on to tearing at you neck with it elongated canines. Death come fairly quickly thereafter, you at least don't have to watch yourself be eaten.
