The secretary had his eyes scanning through the note.
"Ahh i see, that must be very hard on you." the man said. "You know where the school nurse is right?"
"I do, but what was the note about, i didn't get to read it myself." Katie asked.
The man looked behind Katie at a group of passing student. "It's about your condition." he whispered. "You can go see the school nurse, she'll talk more about the school's policy on this with you. I'll walk with you to her if that would make you feel more comfortable?"
"Uhmm sure." Katie said. What was this note about though and why didn't he just answer her question directly?
Katie followed the man to the nurse's office. When they walked in the man and the nurse quietly discussed some things while Katie was made to sit down. The man left and only Katie and the nurse were left in the office.
"So how long have you been troubled by this?" the nurse asked Katie.
"I..." Katie started "I am not sure what was written in that note. I was made to deliver it but i don't have any special conditions."
"Ah i see" the nurse said. "Most people are a bit in denial when they first hear they are incontinent. It's okay, you don't have to be ashamed of anything, we are here to help you."
"Incontinent...?" Suddenly Katie realised what was going on. That doctors note. It was from Jill! She was humiliating Katie again. "No wait i'm not incontinent that note is... not real."
"It is signed by a real doctor though and i trust he doesn't write fake letters."
"Yeah it is real but..." Damn how could she explain this.
"Come on. It's ok, you have no idea how many boys and girls in this school need to wear protection. Nobody will notice. Now, are you wearing your diaper right now?"
"Diap... no! I am not incontinent i don't need one!
The nurse sighed. "You will have to wear one, that is school policy. If you are incontinent i can't just let you go unprotected. This is for your safety, you wouldn't want to let your friend see you have an accident right?"
"But i don't have accidents!"
"It says here in the doctors note you did a number 2 while he was examining you, isn't that right?"
Katie froze. There was no way to talk herself out of this mess.
"Now if you are not diapered right now i will do it for you. Just relax, i've done this millions of times and continue to do so at least 10 times a day."
"No, i don't want to. I can do it myself if need be!"
"It's school policy that i do it. If you do it yourself the chance of leaking is too high. The school does this for your own protection you know, they don't want embarrassed students."
"Please just let me go" Katie begged.
"No i can't. Now unbutton your pants and lay down."
