You speak up to the doorman startled at the sound of your own voice. "Do-do you know me?" He sort of chuckles, "Um..no." You feel embarrased all of a sudden. "I mean do you recognize me at all?! I lost my memoery and I-" His grin frowns. "No! Now get out of here." You feel like punching this rude asshole. He has no idea what you are going through. How dare he assumes you are some kind of bum?! Maybe you should punch him so that he calls the police and maybe they can help you out. You consider it.
