Each of these options will be in a subcategory of the the main story, the subcategory being the name of the option. To have a subcategory simply have the category name in addition to the Humiliation of Katie. You may add chapters within these subcategories that can place them at different age groups so there is no confusion that they are the same children. Just make sure the title can explain what age they are.
