"No, pants too," you say, gesturing to his jeans with your bat. "Zombies bite more than just torsos."
"Well that's true," Julian agreed. He undid the buttons on his jeans and let them drop around his ankles, revealing his royal blue boxers. "Seen enough, or are we going all the way?"
A small pool of head gathers under your cheeks, "Y-You're good."
He nods and pulls back on his clothes until he's no longer naked on your sidewalk. "So, you never told me your name, sweetheart."
"Its..." you quietly mutter your name, leaving off your last seeing as your family was most likely dead and if this blew over and he knew your full name, he could find you -- and you didn't know if you trusted him yet.
"That's a lovely name," he smiles, finishing with the last of his clothes. "Is this your house?" he asks, gesturing to the very thing that was your house.
You look back at it and wonder if you'd ever step foot in there again. "It used to be," you say quietly.
"That's too bad," he frowns, though his eyes have a hungry look in them as he takes in the building. "Have you cleared it out?"
