You aren't about to give up that easily. "I can handle myself pretty well and don't mind a bit of trouble." You say while giving him a telltale wink. He looks surprised but nods. "Allrighty then, rooms are 150$ a month. no complaining about noise and no starting any trouble or I'll kick yer arse out. Ya'll be cleaning your own room and can use the bathroom upstairs long as you don't get it dirty."
