Two big guys in police uniforms come out to the house.
When they ask you what happened you start to feel really stupid for calling them.
You make a report of what happened but the two officers don't look like they believe you.
"Do you have any injuries?" one of the officers asks.
You had instinctively cleaned up your head in the bathroom so by the time the police got there it doesn't look like much.
The second officer is talking to Karen to the side but you hear him say "Ma'am, are you okay? Did he hit you or hurt you in any way?" Karen tells the officer you were both fighting and she hit you by accident with the alarm clock.
The officers take down both of your stories but don't make an arrest. You watch as they drive away in the patrol car.
Now Karen is fuming at you.
"It's just like you to do something like this. Just wait until you're asleep cause I'm going to fucking kill you!"
"Damn!" you think. You were sure that by doing the right thing that you would be transported back to the school and to your old life. But now Karen is threatening to kill you!!
