 You are about to start life at the very beginning... as a single-celled organism.
-You need to eat, grow, and adapt to survive in this world. Everything you do uses Energy which gets replenished by eating. If you run out of Energy you can not do anything except wait, hope something edible floats into your mouth before you suffer some horrible fate that kills you. When you are out of Energy your Health also slowly fades away making you weaker and weaker until you die of starvation.
-You grow by eating more than enough to replenish your Energy. When you reach enough Growth points your Level increases. Then, not only to you become generally bigger and stronger, you also get the chance to adapt. Possible adaptations are gained by various actions and encounters throughout your life and every Level you get to choose which one will affect you.
