It's not unusual for equines to 'keep it in the family' as it were. It's no stigma for fillies or mares but some equines look down on stallions who practice incest. It can be considered a sign that a stallion can't attract a mare from outside the herd. Not that Jardon would ever have that problem, He's a smart, big, strong stallion. He has no trouble attracting females, of any species. Even though he is your brother Jar has been on one of your on and off lovers for years.

You haven't seen Jardon in more than a year. He turned up in town a little while ago, he said it was on business. He likes it here and that he may settle down and stay. You are not sure what you think about that.

"Jardon, I've got things to do, you really need to get out of here."

Jardon looks down at the toy on the bed and grins. "Yeah I can see that."

Before you have a chance to protest Jardon continues. "Actually I wanted to see if you wanted to go for a run this morning and get some coffee later, I need to ask you something..." he pauses, "my treat."

You start to beg off, "I'd love to but I stepped on something this morning and my hoof is a little sore..."

Jar looks at you funny. "You too?"

"Huh?"

Jar shakes his head, "Never mind, come on, a run will do you good, you know you alwaya feel better after a good run."
