While the others are occupied with the luggage, you sneak into the left back seat. You expect Kirsten to start an argument, but she only smiled mildly. You sit as far back against the backrest as possible and spread your legs so that a small portion of the seat is available for Kirsten to sit on. She sits down. Kirsten is taller than you, but the other way around would have been an even more uncomfortable ride.
