You go out about to offer your help man the man on the stretcher jumps up and bites you. You push the man off but are shouting in agony. The officer who were packing up weapons come over. The immediately unload bullets into the man's head. After examining the paramedic they also shoot him. They come up to you and see the blood dripping and shoot you in the head as well.
