It takes awhile. You curl up and cover yourself, and listen to the rain outside. Cracks of thunder rip through the air, shaking the station and putting your nerves on edge. Finally, you drift off to sleep purely out of exhaustion.
You wake hours later, and are amazed to see a hint of sunlight peeking from under the door. Day has come. Cupping a hand to your ear, you can hear that it's still raining and still windy, but at least there's daylight.
You hurriedly slip on your clothing and go to wake Cassandra, but her little bedroll area is empty. In fact, it doesn't look like she went to sleep there at all.
