You walk down the street, and suddenly you can make out that there's a high-rise building, with tons of people on the rooftop and blasting music. People are also lining up in front of the apartment building.
You continue approaching that high-rise building and people excitedly greet you while they're standing in the line that appears to be moving pretty fast.
