Agumon decides to put in minimum effort for maximum results by using its weakest (but still efficient) attack, Sharp Claw. It might be a long fight, especially with the enemy being at the Adult Stage; Agumon might need its energy later. It leaps forward to the approaching Yanmamon above, swiping both sets of its claws across its face when it flies close enough. Both attacks land successfully due to Yanmamon's underestimation of Agumon, who immediately spins around for its next attack when it's grounded.

Agumon charges towards Yanmamon, readying itself for its next leap. However, Yanmamon naturally expects this next attack. It spins around with its tail protruded frontward. Quickly, a small glow of energy appears at the edge of its tail, growing in size till it is launched as an lightning bolt at Agumon in mid-air.

Agumon is struck down on the field, but not out. Not completely anyway. A small burn mark appears on its chest, signifying its injury. However, upon successfully attacking Yanmamon the first time, it feels a tingling sensation in its body. Looks like it has gained an energy boost, enough to allow it to fire its Special Attacks.

Beware, though, as it might be limited.

• Toast that bug with a Baby Flame
• Scratch it again, but with more power this time
• Finish it with a final slash, using all of its energy this time
