Silently you slip out the window and stroll around your cottage. As you do so you hear a loud sound of shuffling feet nearby. It seems that your emergence from the window startled something, and it's now run off. You strain your ears but hear nothing more. Then, creeping around the bushes, you take a peek into your home's window, almost tripping over a small rock. You see your friend Nathaniel cooking up a hot breakfast.
