== General Changes ==
These changes apply to either multiple body parts or the entire body.

* A lack of oxygen cannot kill you, although going without it for long enough - roughly two minutes, but everybody is different - will cause you to pass out. Asphyxiation fetishes are more commonly practiced as a result.
** Dehydration and starvation can't kill, either, although you'll feel terrible when experiencing them. Good thing water and food are at least moderately available everywhere.
* All flesh is infinitely elastic and bones don't obstruct stretching. Flesh in the torso is mostly affected by this, permitting a two-foot torso to take a penis far larger than itself, and the uterus to take gallons of semen with no risk besides numerous pregnancies, among other things.
* Electricity and electric currents are much safer, and like everything else, it's non-lethal. High currents, however, may knock you out, but have no permanent effects.
* Unlike in real life, a giant penis getting erect will only make you light-headed for a few moments.
