You quickly walk into the door and to the employee lounge, avoiding anyone's gaze. Inside, you seat yourself on a chair next to the entrance and wait for him. Like he said, the lounge is completely empty. To be fair, there seems to be very little reason to come in here other than a table, a few places to sit, and some unmarked boxes.

The employee enters and extends his hand. "On behalf of the entire spa, I am so sorry you have gone through this today. Give me your towel, and I will go get your clothes and put an extra day of time on your account, for all spa features and not just the sauna."
