Dating your teacher is the kind of thing that only happens in porn movies and erotic manga. But a fellow student is a highly realistic aspiration. Rather than shoot for the moon, you decide to keep things within the realm of possibility.

You gently nudge Hinagiku to get her attention. Suddenly you find yourself somewhat shy. "Would it... er... be too much trouble if, um, I came with you to the movies? There's a good one playing." You name the fantasy film at the theater 5 blocks from the school.

Hinagiku smiles. "That one looks good. Sure, you can tag along with me. I was planning on going tomorrow evening."

You take her and in yours and give her a grin. "That sounds terrific. Thank you."

The next evening, you find yourself sitting next to Hinagiku, holding hands as you watch the movie. It exceeds your expectations. And even Hinagiku, who's a critical expert on such films, thought it held up. 

As you walk out of the theater, you give her a gentle smile. "I had a very nice time. May I... spend time in your company more often?"

Hinagiku giggles. "Only if you like cosplaying as much as I do. You may come to my house tomorrow afternoon and I'll make you a nice costume so we can cosplay at the club this weekend."
