You spring into action and throw Squirtle out into the field. He lets out a warcry and attacks. You realize you haven't actually given any orders, but he has responded of its own free will. Squirtle dashes through the grass, rustling and pushing through. He is on top of the Ratata, biting its back neck with its sharp mouth, the purple rat letting out a shrill scream. The next thing you know Squirtle is on top of the pokemon, positioning itself to insert its junk into the helpless pokemon.
You are unawares to the gender, assuming Ratata is a female, but it matters little to the now horny Squirtle humping away at its victim. With a trimphuant howl of its own name, Squirtle releases a load into the Ratata, holding it down with its weight. By this point the creature had given up.
