It was one thing to tease the old man when you were in the dressing room. It's another thing to strip naked right there in the store with nothing to put on. So, you run for the door. But, you can't run very fast in the dress. You make it about 2 blocks when you hear police sirens. The old man called the police. You look around for a place to hide, but it's too late. The police car pulls up in front of you and two police officers jump out. Realizing that you have been caught shoplifting the gown, you just raise your hands.
"Did you steal that dress?" one of the officers asks you.
"Yes, but-" you respond.
"Alright," the officer continues, cutting you off, "then you better take it off, so we can give it back to the store owner."
"But-" you try to explain again.
"No buts," the officer shouts. "I said, 'Take it off.' So, do it."
Embarrassed, you take off the dress and hand it to the police officer. The other officer handcuffs your hands behind your back and leads you to the police car.
Do they take you to the police station?
