You decide to skip the party, Bruce Wayne's Social Life isn't as important as Gotham after all. After some deliberation you decide Two Face is the more Dangerous of the villains out tonight, and you begin your search in Gotham Eastern District. The former location of Gotham's court house.
You go through the eastern district of Gotham, searching for any evidence that would reveal Two Faces whereabouts. Finally after hours of searching the slums of Gotham, you find one his goons terrorizing one of Gotham's Citizens. After a quick scan you notice the thug is by himself, and he doesn't appear to be armed with anything dangerous.
