Study diplomacy
From Create Your Own Story
1. After a few months of study, your stellar work qualifies you to intern at the foreign office, where you work as a secretary, (and unofficial policy advisor) to Mr. Jakob Barbel, General Undersecretary to the German Foreign Minister.
2. While there, you meet a cute American foreign service intern, (Daniel, 17, US). Fooled by a professionally secretaryish demeanor, he tries to banter his way in to an appointment w. Barbel. After two days, you give up and schedule a meeting, only for him to find your boss refers him back to you as the expert in the field he wishes to discuss.
Meanwhile, you struggle with the ethical quandaries presented by your powers. If absolute power corrupts absolutely, are you not doomed?
3. You and Daniel meet again in the corner of a dinning-in, junior people at a senior dinner, and hit it off.
4. A day or two later, he drops by your office to invite you to a major ball. You wear a silk backless gown, hugging your body and going all the way to the floor.
5. After a night of delightful conversation and dancing, he sees you off. On your way home, he texts you, and you meet him at some touristy area to talk and stargaze. Neither of you can, or want to sleep, so you stay out far too late, and stumble back to his apartment.
End of Act 1.
6. Dream sequence tormenting you with uncertainty over your powers and morals.
7. You wake up naked in his bed the next morning, and find him on the couch. As you stretch luxuriously, he bursts in, rushing to dress. He quickly reveals that a major diplomatic incident (terrorist attack in Polish weapons facility, possible Russian/Isis via Turkey involvement)has just taken place, and both you and him scramble to your posts.
8. As events, internally and diplomaticly, slide further and further, you reach new levels of mental exhaustion. You turn to exercise in an effort to burn that stress away, thus finding yourself out running when Daniel catches up to you. You speak frankly, and, as rain falls, forge an honest friendship.
