Slice his neck
From Create Your Own Story
You creep up behind him as he examines the chair. As he leans down to get a closer look at the face, you grab him by the head and draw your knife across his throat. His arms thrash about and he lets out a weak grunt before collapsing to the ground. Now, his clothes are saturated with blood from the cut. Looks like you will have to leave the room with bloody clothing.
You put on Anthony’s clothing and peer out into the hall, but you don’t see anybody there. Silently, you make your way out into the hall and up the ladder. Climbing up the stairs, you run into a guard. “Excuse me, what are you doing here?”
“I was looking for the bathroom,” you reply.
“What’s that on your shirt?”
You feel your heart drop pull itself up into your throat. “I spilled punch on my shirt.”
He orders you against the wall. He wipes some blood onto his fingers and sniffs it. Then, he grabs his handcuffs and cuffs your hands behind your back. Looks like you’re in trouble now.
About five minutes in. A third guard enters the room and pulls out a silenced gun. You scream and close your eyes in fear. This is it, you think to yourself, waiting for the gun rounds. This is the end. This is how I’m going out; trapped in a room, defenseless and helpless.
You hear two soft bangs, but no pain. In fact, you don’t feel anything. You open you eyes and see the third guard standing above the dead bodies of the other two. He pulls off his glasses and you see his face. It’s Harvey. He has come to save you.
“Alright, bud. We’ve got to get out of here quickly,” he says to you while cutting off the rope that binds you to your chair. “The police are coming to take you to jail. We’ve got to hurry.” He pulls off the rope and leads you out the door and down the hall. He and you run down to the end of the hallway and through the door to the kitchen. He and you rush out the service entrance and dash into the woods. In the front yard is a group of the party guests standing in a crowd with body guards standing around them. You don’t see any squad cars or police officers around.
Harvey turns to you and says, “I’ve been following you. We wanted to make sure you could handle a mission all alone. I wasn’t stalking you to be creepy or nothing.”
“Well, I completed the mission,” you say enthusiastically. “I killed both the targets.”
“You got caught while doing it,” replies Harvey. “If I hadn’t have been watching you, you’ve gone to jail, ya know. You’re lucky I intervened.” You look away in shame. “I mean, Fisher will probably still give you money for that hit,” Harvey continues, “but you won’t get any assignments after this one.” He pauses for a moment, then smiles. “Hey, why don’t I get you a drink, huh?”
“Yeah,” you say with feigned enthusiasm. “Let’s.”
