From Create Your Own Story
Welcome to Journey: Chapter 0 the prolgue to the actual journey, the story will set the mood and flesh out the characters for the actual start of the epic journey.
"Today is the day, pops" I say to my father
"Please reconsider son, the world outside town is extremely dangerous" mutters my father as he hammers a chunk of metal
"It's ok, I will be fine... besides I will have the best sword in the world protecting me" I say with my childish grin
"Son, swords are only as good as its wielder" says my father
"Don't worry about me, I am strong now I can protect myself" I say in a slightly more serious tone
"I know you are... come here" says my father pulling out a small bag
"It is an early birthday present"
I take the bag and have a look inside, there was few things like empty jars, a few gold coins and a belt made from weaved pieces of iron string
I took the belt out and put it on
"Thanks pops..." I said
"Before you leave son... please visit your mother in town" he said moving back to hammering
"Of course" I say as I leave the workshop
My father is a blacksmith and my mother sells the good in the marketplace
