You decide to take a look at the city dump, just outside the walls, where all the filth collected from the streets is piled up to avoid disease and the proliferation of rats. Since Sartosa is a city that generates a lot of waste despite a relatively modest size, the dump is quite massive and exhudes an atrocious stench of rotten fish. During daytime it is full of beggars and vagabonds trying to find something edible, wearable or otherwise useful, but after nightfall, virtually nobody goes anywhere near it due to some silly rumors of giant bipedal rats hunting in the area. It is probably a good place for shadowy individuals to gather in secret.

There appears to be a small wooden shack over there, probably the house of whoever takes care of this dump. You could also try to climb the pile of waste to get a better view of your surroundings, but it does not look too stable. But if you do not think you will find anything here, you should go take a look at the warehouse of the Fishermen's Guild or at the fishmonger.
