With so many races and cultures, Sartosa counts dozens of small temples for just about every religion across the world. The one that interests you, of course, is the temple of Sigmar. You may not know much about yourself, but you do know that you are a devout person. This is already a good hint to help you find your past.

Pirates are not the most pious of individuals. As a result, the temple of Sigmar is not a very big place: most taverns in the city are larger than this, which says a lot about what kind of people the Sartosans are. It is however built of stone and looks rather well maintained, as if there were at least a few people who genuinely cared. Inside there is a statue of the founder of the Empire, where you can pray. You can also seek out the priest should you have any questions, or go back to the Sartosa plaza.
