You find a quiet spot and sit there. People largely ignore you. After a few minutes, a haggard-looking man staggers to your table and sits right in front of you. His clothes are wet and torn, he wears many bruises and fresh wounds, and he has a hunted look in his eyes. He gazes intently at your face for a long time. You can talk to this strange fellow, or choose to do something else at the Treasure Trove.
