You don't need leaves, and you certantly don't need the gum. You just hold the Coca-Cola bottle before you. Then, you smack it against a tree for some fun. Yeah, you think toying with nature is fun.
Anyway, as you keep searching the ground, you come across some healing ointment! Hooray!
