Take a shortcut through an alley

Against your better judgement you figure slipping through an alley would be quicker and less chance of running into someone you know.
The alley is eerily quiet, not as filthy as you might see in movies but still unnerving, halfway down you pass by a door cracked open slightly.
Just as you walk pass you barely have time to react as you here the door squeak open behind you and an arm wraps around your neck and a hand clamps over your snout holding it shut.
"Oh ho now this sure is a treat stumbling into my alley, why don't you and me have a little fun?" say the man behind you in a sinister voice as he drags you back to the door.
You feel his arm around your neck it's well muscled but strong... you can probably break out and call for help and run for it... or maybe you could just given to the unknown...
