From Create Your Own Story
Your nerves get to you and you decide to play it safe with your favorite bikini. It does show skin, no need to overdo it right? You quickly change into it then throw your clothes back on over it. You decide to wear a hat and sunglasses just in case you don't want to be recognized. You grab a towel and some suntan lotion and head out the front door.
It is only a ten minute or so walk until you reach the beach. As you stand on the sidewalk overlooking the beach, you realize its packed. It's no surprise since it is such a nice day out, but you are suddenly second guessing yourself. This is more people than you had planned in your head. Nonetheless, you walk down onto the beach and manage to find a spot where you lay out your towel.
You look around to survey the people around you. In front of you there is a family: two parents, a young child playing in the sand, and a boy who looks a bit older than you looking at his phone. To your left is a group of seven people who look to be college-aged sitting in chairs talking: five boys and two girls. To your right is a group of four girls who look about your age all laying on towels soaking in the sun. And behind you is a single middle-aged man leaning in back in his chair with sunglasses on. While these are the people directly around you, there are still people all over the beach who could also see you if they tried looking.
You stand up and take off the shirt and put it in your bag. Did the older man just slightly turn his head towards you? You can't tell. You unbutton the jeans and push them down too. Standing next to your towel in your bikini, you think about what to do now.
You could go swimming. The cool water might feel good. You could put suntan lotion on. You have to protect your skin after all. You could lay down and tan. The sun feels great on your skin.
