Raising her eyebrow, Serenity sits herself up and gets a closer look at her webcam. Never using her camera before, this was the first time she had seen the small pip of light next to the camera lens. It was obviously on and active, but how and from what? Tinkering around with her screen at first, Serenity soon understands that there was a possibility that someone else was gazing through the camera without any notification but the white light staying on, there was no other reason that it would turn on.

Serenity thinks on what she should do. Sitting back on her chair, Serenity ponders on her next move. Was someone really watching her, or was the camera acting up? Either way, there was only one thing to do to put this strange encounter to rest.

Standing up and looking above her screen, Serenity follows the chord that drapes down behind her computer and figures out exactly where the USB port was for the camera. To avoid pulling out the wrong plug, Serenity finally pinpoints where the webcam is located and reaches out to unplug it.

BLOOP!

A sound from Serenitys' computer indicates a message was just sent to her.

Stopping her advancement to unplugging the camera, Serenity pokes out her head from under the desk to see who messaged her.

Hey! How are you? :D

Serenity read the message several times before sitting back on her desk to reply to the unknown person.

Hi, I'm good thanks... Who is this?

Oh, no one really, just saw you and thought you looked pretty

It was clearly obvious that this random person is the one watching you through your own camera. How did they end up activating it to turn on? Knowing that somehow gained access and someone watching you gave you the creeps. Perhaps this was a little prank from a friend that you want to school with years ago... Or perhaps not...

Serenity: take the compliment

Serenity: demand to know who you're speaking to

Serenity unplug the camera
