Squirtle onslaughts Charmander in a flurry of swipes, not backing down at the blows given back. But the odds are in your favor and with a final swipe against the chest of the Charmander he faints. Leaf is saddened by her defeat, running to comfort the new fallen friend. You revel in victory, recalling Squirtle who cackles in self amusement.
Leaf turns to you, "You fought to hard!" Obviously she is a sore loser, but you don't press the issue. She recalls her pokemon and darts out the door before you can say anything. I guess your only prize now is your looming confidence.
