You start helping her up then get an evil grin as you slit her throat. You lean down and whisper in her ear, "I'm a loner, I need no one. You should be more careful with who you trust next time..." You laugh evilly. "Oh wait, that's right, there won't be a next time!"
You head home and wake up the next morning surrounded by cops who pull you out of bed; you get arrested.
Congrats, you're stuck in jail for life with two murder charges.
