To the east you can just make out a door. The air is musty and stale down here. The old still smell makes you concerned about natural gas leakes and a flood of information goes running through your mind. You recall stories about miners who would take small exotic birds, "Canaries" you think, down into the shafts with them. Should the bird die, then the miners knew that their was a gas leak. "My is gas heated" you say out loud followed by, "Is their natural gas in the earth in New England?... West Virginia, yes...No, no thats coal." You are at the door. It is much bigger than it looked from your puddle. What next?
