You head for the study and continue with your work, lost in the papers you lose track of time and surroundings and almost die of a heart attack when two slim hands suddenly cover your eyes. "What the fuck!"

There is a low chuckle and Brenda's voice says, "Well not quite the response I wanted, but I'll take it."

Her hands slip from your eyes and you turn around to face her, she's dressed in a loose t-shirt and sandals, you figure that there's shorts under the t-shirt as it hangs almost to mid-thigh. "You didn't answer when I knocked and the door was open, so I came in." You can remember not locking the door, still a bit dumbfounded you:
