You grab the telephone and punch in 9-1-1. "9-1-1 what is your emergency?" You talk brisk and loud. "Please help me. I woke up in an alley bruised and beaten and I lost my memory. I do not know who or where I am or what has happened to me. The number on the pay phone says 212-xxx-xxxx." The woman went silent for a woman. "Do not worry, we are sending someone and they will be there in a few moments." She hung up. All of a sudden you felt panic. What if you had broken the law or something? What if you were a criminal? Or what if you were someone important? A million thoughts plagued you and you reevaluated going to the hospital.
