Definitely the best choice. In her position, her arms are Kirsten's best chance to escape your grip. Her reach is long enough to give you serious trouble, that much you know from experience. You make yourself as heavy as possible so that your sister cannot squirm herself out under you, then arrest her arms one after the other. Kirsten puts up a fight, but to no avail. You overpower her and manage to bend her arms and hold them by the wrists so that they are aligned with the sides of her body. That's not an ideal position, though. You need to fixate her arms in a way that enables you to move her along.
