She dashed to the door on the right, hoping this was the correct path. After a just a few minutes of walking Rouge realized why she had no recollection of this place. It would seam that this wing of the ship was almost completely abandoned. Metallic beams and girders littered the path. The power was out and what light shined through came only from the cracks in the hull of the ship. Stray sparks where coming off of the exposed electronics and cables on the broken and busted walls. The thieving girl had to slow down her pace and tread carefully. The floor of the ship screeched under her heels. The further she moved in the darker it got. As such the criminal bat pulled out a small flash light, hidden in her cleavage and forged onward. The bat girl knew that the Egg fortress was huge but a she never realized that it had parts that no one seen in years. These parts of the facility where probably destroyed during one of the Eggmans fights with the blue hedgehog. Rouge knew that the old doctor was too lazy or too stupid to repair the entirety of the facility. He was also always moving to new ways to take over the world. An abandoned wing like this could hold all sorts of secret old weaponry that could be sold for a high price.
As the hallway finally came to an end Rouge stood in front of three doors. One of them was completely blocked off by the rubble so it was out of the question. The other two old rusted doors proved to be still in working condition. Rouge thought about what each one could hold.
