Leave without the bag

You forgot to take the bag, even though I specifically said you would be leaving it? Alright then... more weapons for the next guy I suppose...
After leaving the room, and being locked out of it, you realize you forgot the bag inside. "What an idiot" you mumble. "I ran off and left my weapon and supplies in the room." While bathing in your own self pity, you start to hear another boy approach. You barely make it into a nearby bush as he approaches.
"Maybe I can take him out by surprise and then I'll have some supplies" you whisper to yourself.
