Kelly Jones is the older twin of Judy and James Jones.
She is a playable character(probably added after Kevin's story line is finished).
Kelly has a great personality, often cheerful and optimistic. She is not as physically gifted as her mother and sister, having a much more squared body and B-cup breasts. She is still very pretty though, just much more plain than the other two with her brown hair and brown eyes. She struggles with her self-esteem but does not show it.
