The person, who you guessed to be Carlisle, starts examining you like Edward. He checks your pulse and then your breathing.
"There seems to be nothing wrong with her," he says, "She must have fainted due to fatigue, let her rest for now."
I keep up the act a little longer but, eventually, my patience runs out and I get up. Edward is still in the room and he must have been watching me all this time because I see him sitting on a chair next to me, looking at me in confusion.
"Who are you?" he asks when he sees me get up.
"I'm Sarah, I recently moved to Forks."
