You keep Looking through the town multiple times and you stumble across a Chest hidden in a Straw bale. It contains A Staff of the Dracolich. Unfortunately, you have no idea what it does and you will probably kill yourself. Now there is barely anyone left roaming the streets. You are heading back to the Inn when you see a Robber climbing out a window with a Box of Money.
